It is an honour and privilege to be a wedding photographer in Mackay. We are there for many intimate moments throughout your special day and must capture each of them perfectly, without interrupting or imposing. To successfully do this, a photographer must have almost every photography skill set: event, portrait, fashion and many more. Outside the technical skills, a wedding photographer must also be personable as we often act as guides for a couple on their wedding day. This is where experience like mine comes in.
I found the best approach is to tailor the entire day around the wedding and allow the couple to dictate what they want, with gentle guidance from me. If you prefer, I will be with you from the beginning to the end of the day. Over this time, I can capture the bride getting her hair and makeup done, the groom nervously adjusting his tie, and the real cake cutting experience – not the staged one!
I will have many conversations with an engaged couple when I work with them. This is because I want to ensure you are just as comfortable with me as any guest. But it is also so that I can be as prepared as possible to capture special moments, guest reactions, and other intricacies that make your day unique.
Because each wedding is different, so too are my pricing packages. All of the photographs, my time, and any keepsakes are rolled into a tailor-made package for each couple. To find out more about my pricing and availability, get in touch.

2 Hour package (Perfect for Elopements) $700
Capture the ceremony and beautiful photos after
4 Hour package (Perfect for small Weddings) $1300
Includes getting ready photos or Reception Photos
6 Hour package (Perfect for Weddings) $1900
Includes getting ready photos and Reception Photos
8 Hour package (Perfect for full Weddings) $2400
Includes a more relaxed timeline for getting ready photos and Reception Photos

FAQs
Are you willing to travel for the event?
I certainly am. I will happily travel to your wedding up to a 50km radius of Mackay at no additional charge. Small charges will apply for weddings outside of the 50km radius. Please discuss this with me when you make your initial inquiry.
How long do I have to wait for my photos?
I will endeavour to have your wedding photos to you within two (2) weeks of the shoot: so before you get back from your honeymoon!
What is included in a wedding photography package?
The wedding photography package includes all the photos I take on your wedding day. They will be professionally edited, high-resolution digital photos, on a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution and social media sized photos.
What is your payment policy for weddings?
A $200 Non-Refundable deposit is paid to secure the booking for your wedding day. And the full payment is required two (2) weeks before the event.
What is your cancellation policy for weddings?
If you cancel this contract at least 60 days before the Event, the Non-Refundable Deposit will be retained, but no further sum will be due.
If cancellation is within 60 days and 14 Days of the Event, Half of the full amount owing will be due.
If cancellation is within 14 days of the Event, the full amount owing will be due.
